Row-level error preview
Every run is previewed before it writes. You see each row that cannot be mapped, and why, so a bad export never lands half-mapped on the board.

Upsert by key
Choose the column that identifies a row — an order id, an email, a SKU. Matching items are updated, missing ones are created, and duplicates inside the file are dropped first.

How a scheduled import works

Connect a source
Upload a CSV or Excel file, point at a Google Sheet, or connect an API with a key. Credentials are encrypted at rest and never written to logs.

Map the columns once
Boardfeed detects the types and proposes a mapping to your board columns — text, numbers, dates, status by label, dropdown, email, link, phone, checkbox, people by email.

Review the preview
Twenty rows of the real data, plus the list of rows that will fail. Fix the mapping now instead of discovering it halfway through the import.

Pick a schedule
Hourly, daily at a time and timezone, weekly, or a cron expression. Overlapping runs are blocked, and every run is recorded with counts and a downloadable error file.

Planned, not available yet: Facebook and Instagram Ads, Google Ads, Shopify, LinkedIn Ads. These need OAuth app reviews from each platform before they can ship, so they are on the roadmap rather than in the first release.
Two-way sync, Export from monday.com, Subitem imports are out of scope for the first release too. Boardfeed imports one way, into monday.com.
