Pricing questions
- What counts as a “row” on the free plan?
- One record written to a board counts as one row, whether it created a new item or updated an existing one. The free plan allows 5,000 of those a month and covers manual CSV and Excel uploads.
- Is there a per-import quota?
- No. Paid plans have no limit on the number of imports or runs — a schedule that fires every hour costs the same as one that fires weekly. Only the free plan is metered, at 5,000 rows a month.
- How does the trial work?
- Installing the app starts a 14-day Solo trial, with every source and scheduling unlocked. When it ends you can stay on the free plan or move to Solo or Team; nothing is charged automatically without a plan being chosen.
- What happens to my run history if I move between plans?
- Paid plans keep 90 days of run history and every run’s error file. The free plan keeps 7 days.
